clean your concrete floors. We prepare a cleaning maintenance schedule

Southern Floor Services offers weekly, monthly, bi-annually, and
annually contracts with the following options:
- Rider sweeper/scrubber
cleaning with neutral PH detergents fortified with trade secrete
concrete conditioners.
- Penetrating concrete sealers followed
with high speed propane burnishing.
Concrete waxing.
- Concrete stripping in a rainbow of colors to
identify safety zones or coded staging areas.
- Joint repair
of your failing control and/or expansion joints.
- Hot pressure
washing and chemical cleaning for all exterior surfaces and interior
exposed concrete surfaces
